Once you sign up on groupado, you must receive a confirmation email from us. If you didn’t get the email within 5-10 minutes after signing up, please follow these steps:
- Go to your profile and verify that your email address is entered correctly.
- Check spam or junk folders. Make sure the spam filter is set to allow incoming emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you signed up through your Gmail account, the confirmation email may be in the social tab of your inbox.
