How to cancel your booking and get a refund

We ensure to gain our users’ trust. Your refund depends on the cancellation policy selected by the creator. Please mind that the experiences marked with ‘No Refund’ won’t be refunded.

Refund Eligibility

  • Experiences marked with ‘Refund’ (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days)

Where to find your ticket

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile and select ‘Experiences’
  3. You will find the Ticket at the top of the page or under ‘Upcoming’

How to request a refund

  1. Click on the experience.

2. Scroll down and click ‘Cancel your booking’, then select ‘Yes’.

3. Your booking is cancelled.

The total amount will be refunded within 3-7 working days depending on your bank policies.
